Liya Kebede by Mario Sorrenti for Vogue Italia | March 2010

Wide angle lens? The new fashion photography trend? Could be... After seeing this spread for the first time, I was convinced to say that this type of photography wouldn't be accepted in the industry. Since when do people want to look distorted? giving the spread a few more glances.. I started to like the effect. It's funny because many fashion photographers would tell you to never shoot with a wide angle lens. Anything coming from Mr. Sorrenti is accepted. I guess having a nice reputation gives you the privilege to set new trends.

Freja Beha Erichsen & Mathias Lauridsen - In Grande Stile by Steven Meisel for Vogue Italia March 2010

I'm totally speechless, after spotting this spread my jaw dropped. At first I was totally confused, I thought this was from a retro Vogue, turn out this is for the March edition of Vogue Italia. I feel like were slowly going back in time, Steven Meisel has officially rose up in my books. I'm totally in love with this. The styling and model casting is impeccable. The whole story how it flows and the composition is flawless.. speechless once again..

Lara Stone by Paolo Roversi for Vogue Italia March 2010

Simply in awe, whenever I see Roveri's work it just takes me into this dreamscape that I can't describe. He has to be one of my favorite fashion photographers around. The shadow work is awesome, Lara Stone looks gorgeous.. Totally satisfied.
